This site is dedicated to first time Buyers and Sellers

Before I became a Realtor, I purchased my first home and then later sold it. To make a long story short; these were less than wonderful experiences. 

Now my goal is to insure that the purchase of your first home or the sale of your home will be pain free and smooth.

What I have learned in over 20 years of retail sales experience and 5 years of Real Estate is that God gave me 2 ears and only one mouth for a reason. My job is to listen to what your needs are as a buyer or seller and then help you fulfill your needs. 

Representing a buyer, my goal is to find you the home that best meets the needs of you and your family at the best price possible and to insure that there are no unpleasant surprises during the buying process.


Representing a seller, my goal is to sell your home in the least amount of time for the best price possible. All Realtors will make the same promise but I will go the extra 2 miles (one mile is not enough with current market conditions!) to insure that it happens.
